Applicants who are interested in participating in ESMERA should use the chance to hand in a pre-proposal. The consortium will give valuable feedback and advise on how to improve the idea and realisation, before finalising a final proposal. The pre-proposal deadline is November 8th.

The final evaluation and decision if a project will go to ESMERA Phase I will be done according to the final proposal. That proposal is due on December 2nd at the latest. Templates for the preproposal and proposal can be found here.
