Within ESMERA, a number of proposals are submitted by potential applicants. To guarantee a neutral evaluation of these proposals, they are evaluated by a team of independent, external experts. We would like to invite you to register as an independent evaluator for the ESMERA second Open Call.
The calls for proposals will close on November 30th 2019, after which they will be assigned to the external reviewers. These evaluators are chosen due to their proven expertise in the areas of robotics research, development and in our challenge areas, especially, but not restricted to, energy, manufacturing, agri-food and construction. They are asked to review the proposals with regards to the scientific quality of the proposed project, the expected impact on the project and the clarity of the workplan. Evaluators will be asked to rank the proposals based on the evaluation criteria that will be provided by the ESMERA consortium. Independent external evaluators will assess the submitted proposals and should maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the whole evaluation process.
